Rent & Earn — Terms of Service

By purchasing any service from Rent & Earn, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Rent & Earn provides ecommerce management and consultancy services, including but not limited to: Amazon store setup, store rental management, TikTok Shop setup, eBay and Etsy store management, and done-for-you ecommerce packages.

2. Payment All prices are displayed in EUR. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We use Shopify's secure checkout for all transactions.

3. Service Delivery Services are delivered digitally. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to begin onboarding. Timelines vary by service and will be confirmed during onboarding.

4. Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy. Refunds are not available once service delivery has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability Rent & Earn provides services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific income, sales figures, or results. Ecommerce outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

6. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and materials created by Rent & Earn remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
